Outsourcing an Internet Business
Friday, July 25th, 2008What is Outsourcing?
If you are like 95% of the Internet business people reading this, you are a ’solopreneur’
– a one man (or woman) band — trying to build a highly successful online Business.
Tough going?
I call this Phase 1. (says Jason … In Phase 1, gaining growth momentum
is the difficult part — just like pushing a stalled car two blocks to the next service station.
Hard.
I’ve been there. Many people have. It’s not easy.
Phase 2 presents a new set of challenges — taking your Internet business to the next level,
building a team and most importantly…
>> Feeling OK about sharing the workload (Outsourcing!) <<<
You see, most online entrepreneurs are ‘control freaks.’ They are usually super-talented,
work at lightning speed, can multi- task like crazy, but are afraid to let someone else
do their work.
Afraid of quality losses. Afraid of Outsourcing?
“Nobody can do as good as job as I can” is often what you will hear from them. Believe me.
That mindset can make the difference between a 6-figure company and a 7 or 8-figure company.
Over the years, I have learned to “let go”. To outsource.
I have also surrounded myself with great people — from business partners to developers,
web designers, billing and support staff.
Great people make great companies who produce great products. It’s that simple.
This is actually an email I received from Jason Potash, a brilliant Internet Businessman.
Jason has a new blog called www.JohnCow.com
- - not hard to remember and a test blog and old fashioned Ezine packed with CONTENT
that I heartily recommend you seize as soon as possible.
For its simplicity and its Quality.
